Do you ship internationally?Yes, I’m happy to offer international shipping for physical items such as books, crystal kits, and ritual bundles. Please note that shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location. If you have any concerns or live somewhere remote, feel free to get in touch before placing your order. I have struggled to send oils overseas with different restricted products in Europe and USA, but I can send books, crystal sets, priestess courses etc to other countries.

Can I return a productYes — if you've purchased a physical product, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and in its original condition. Unfortunately, digital products (such as meditations, courses, or downloads) are non-refundable, due to the nature of instant access and energetic transmissions. If you have any concerns or something doesn’t feel right, please reach out — I want you to feel fully supported on your journey.

Do you offer 1:1 guidance or mentorship?I occasionally offer 1:1 intuitive guidance or energy sessions for those feeling called to work more personally with the energies. These are limited and held in sacred space. You can check the website or reach out via the contact form to enquire about current availability.

Are your meditations and courses downloadable?Yes, all digital offerings—including meditations, transmissions, and course materials—are delivered via email with secure links. Most files are downloadable so you can revisit them in your own sacred space and at your own pace.

Are your courses self-paced or guided?Many of my courses are available as self-paced journeys, allowing you to move through the teachings in your own sacred rhythm. Some offerings—like the Pink Bliss, Magenta Flame. the Magdalene Priestess Course follow the Wheel of the Year and is a set program. Similarly the High Priestess course has a set structure. Each course page will clearly state what’s included, you will receive PDF manual and Audios and you’re welcome to contact me if you’d like personal guidance on which path is right for you.

When will I receive my order?Physical orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your package is on its way. Please allow additional time for international deliveries, especially during busy or seasonal periods. If you haven’t received your order after 14 days (UK) or 21 days (international), please do contact me.

Are your offerings suitable for beginners on the spiritual path?Yes, very much so. My work is soul-led and heart-centred, designed to gently awaken remembrance and connection. There’s no need for prior experience—only a willingness to listen to your heart and honour the call within.

All are welcome here—whether you are just beginning to explore your spiritual path or have been walking it for many years. My offerings are designed to meet you where you are, activating your own wisdom, memories, and gifts in divine timing. The energies that come through are gentle yet powerful, and you’ll be guided each step of the way.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
